Eligibility

Individuals may be eligible for DUI/DWI services if they:

  • Are referred by a court, probation officer, MVA, attorney, or treatment provider
  • Are required to complete DUI/DWI education or treatment
  • Meet Maryland BHA medical necessity or program criteria
  • Are appropriate for outpatient services
  • Are 18 years or older (or meet program criteria for youth, if applicable)

Referrals
